Our First Nourish Retreat - Noosa

In November 2022, we hosted our first retreat in the beautiful Noosa region where we enjoyed four nights of relaxation and nourishing, wholesome foods.

We are excited to share that we will be hosting the Nourish Retreat again in February 2023 and can’t wait to see who will be joining us for this immersive experience.

Join Greensmith Grocers Co-Founder, Jess Holdsworth for four nights tucked away in Noosa North Shore from 24-28 February 2023. 

You will learn how to nourish your body on a deeper level, bring more joy into your life, create delicious seasonal meals, and take care of your gut health and nervous system.

This retreat has an emphasis on food, but it's not about following recipes, rules or fads.

It's about using your eyes and your heart to help guide you in making food that nourishes you better than any diet or supplement could.

Unwind with gentle restorative yoga, an indulgent massage, nourishing organic meals lovingly prepared for you, and inspiring conversations.

But ... we are not here to give you a packed itinerary. 

There will be lots of time to just ‘be’.

Eat, sleep, rest, read, play tennis, journal, walk, chat, or simply enjoy some time alone amongst the sounds of native bushland.
