Protein Balls
This recipe kindly shared with us by bestelling author and Tedx Speaker, Lynda Dyer to support her workshop on immune health.
Ingredients
110gms of almonds (Blend)
110gms of pitted dates
45gms of coconut oil or peanut butter oil (add raw honey if a little dry)
35gms of desiccated coconut
25gms cocao
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Preparation
Simply blend together and roll into small balls. Roll over desiccated coconut and refrigerate!
