We ship all orders within Australia using Australia Post or Sendle, depending on the most efficient option for your location.

Processing Times

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We follow standard carrier delivery times:

• Australia Post Standard: usually 2–8 business days
• Sendle Domestic: usually 2–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery address
• Parcel size/weight
• Selected shipping method

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
We will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier.
