- Unwanted gifts

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Perishable Goods
As a health food grocer, many of our products are perishable and cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
