Ingredients:

Beach Farm Noosa Pork Breakfast Sausages
1tbs Olive oil
1 large brown onion, dice
2 fresh carrots, peeled, halved, cut on the angle
2 Tbs Love My Earth Organic Curry Powder (Mild)
1Tbs potato starch
2 1/2 cups of gevity bone broth
1/2 cup frozen elgin frozen garden peas
Season to taste

Basmati Rice

1 Cup of Love My Earth Basmati Rice

Recipe:

Heat oil in fry pan and cook off the onions and carrots  until softened and slightly golden, add Love My Earth Organic Mild Curry Powder and cook for a couple of minutes or until aromatic. Next, add in the potato starch and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the broth a little at a time, to thicken, stirring well to incorporate all. Bring to a gentle simmer. 

Add breakfast sausages to the curry sauce along with peas. Cook until sausages are cooked & peas are warmed through. Serve with LME Basmati Rice
