What are your store hours?
We are open 7 days at Stockland Birtinya (near the Coles end), excluding certain holidays.

Are all the products in your store certified organic?
All of our fresh produce is 100% certified organic, with the occasional exception of spray-free pineapples from a non-certified organic farm.
However, we stock a wide range of products that are organic and local when possible, but may not always be certified organic.
What days do you receive fresh produce?
We receive fresh produce deliveries on Mondays and Thursdays.
When do you get fresh bread delivered?
Walters Artisan Sourdough arrives on Tuesday and Thursday.
Ten Acres arrives Wednesday and Saturday.
Jeremiahs Crust arrives Thursday afternoons.
Almond Road gluten-free bread arrives Wednesday and Friday.
We recommend visiting the store that day, as we often sell out of fresh bread fast.
What day do you receive fresh dairy?
We receive fresh organic milk and dairy products and cold pressed raw milk from Monday to Friday.
Do you stock raw bath milk?
Yes, we stock raw cow and goat bath milk, approved for cosmetic purposes only.
These are delivered on Fridays.
Is your coffee organic?
Yes! Not only is our fresh coffee certified organic, it is also mould-tested, single origin and brewed with Mt Beerwah Spring Water. We also use alternate milks as requrested.
When is your naturopath in store?
Our wonderful Naturopath Desley Gray is in-store weekdays from 9pm-3pm. You are welcome to come and see her without an appointment to chat about herbs, supplements and tinctures. If you require a longer appointment or wish to arrange saliva or hair testing, you can book directly by emailing desleygray1@bigpond.com.
Do you stock practitioner supplements and tinctures?
Yes, we have a wide range of practitioner-only products and tinctures, and can source any particular ones you need. We will need our naturopath Desley to approve the purchase of these products for you, so please see her in-store.
Do you offer locally sourced produce?
Yes, we have an awesome network of Queensland farmers and producers and prioritise locally sourced produce whenever possible to support the local economy and reduce food miles.
Are there any membership or loyalty programs available?
Yes, we offer a generous membership loyalty program!
Earn 2.5 points for every $1 you spend. 1000 points gives you $25 credit, and these points can be redeemed on anything in store. You will also gain access to exclusive member specials and discounts.
Can i redeem my membership points online?
No, you can only redeem membership points in store.
Do you provide bulk purchasing options?
We have a range of staple items in bags up to 1kg. If you wish to buy from our staple range in bulk (5kg+) such as rice, flour, and other staple items, please chat to our team.
Do you carry organic meat, fish dairy products?
Yes, we offer a great selection of organic and biodynamic meat and dairy products from trusted suppliers. We also stock a range of wild-caught fish.
What do you mean when you say something is organic?
Organic products are grown and processed without the use of synthetic chemicals, fertilisers, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), or ionising radiation. Organic farming practices are designed to encourage soil and water conservation and reduce pollution.
Are your products GMO-free?
Yes, all of our organic products are GMO-free. We also carry a variety of non-GMO products that are clearly labeled.
Do you sell gluten-free, vegan, or other specialty diet items?
Yes, we have a wide selection of products catering to various dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegan, keto, paleo, and much more.
What is your return policy?
If you ever have an issue with the quality of any item you’ve purchased in-store, please contact us via phone or email and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
How do you ensure the freshness of your produce?
We receive fresh produce deliveries several times a week and work closely with our suppliers to ensure the highest quality and freshness.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes, we have regular discounts and promotions for members (it’s free to join), plus a seasonal market night where you can receive 10% off the entire store. Sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about special offers.

What kind of organic personal care and household products do you carry?
We offer a range of organic personal care items such as shampoos, soaps, and lotions, as well as household products like cleaners and detergents.
Do you have any organic ready-to-eat meals or snacks?
