Raw Apple Cider Vinegar – Cloudy, Unfiltered and Alive with “The Mother”
Gaga’s Apple Cider Vinegar is made using only certified organic Australian apples—never from concentrate. It is naturally fermented in small batches, creating a cloudy appearance and preserving the living probiotic culture known as “the Mother”.
Unlike commercial vinegars, Gaga’s ACV is never pasteurised or filtered. This means it retains beneficial enzymes, organic acids and active microorganisms that support gut health and overall wellbeing.
Production began in 2017 when Gaga chose to ferment apples that were perfectly nutritious but considered too imperfect for supermarket shelves. Since then, over 50 tonnes of organic apples have been saved from landfill and transformed into nourishing, living vinegar.
