Ingredients
Free-range chicken breast (minimum 96 %), yoghurt (cow’s milk), tandoori spice mix (spices including turmeric and paprika, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt, vegetable oil).
Cooking Instructions

Microwave: Heat on high for 1½ – 2 minutes.

Pan fry: Medium heat for 3 – 4 minutes, turning occasionally.
