This handcrafted pizza stars free-range Italian sausage made from pasture-raised pigs at Hayters Hill Farm, who enjoy some of the best views in Byron Bay. The sausage brings rich, rustic flavour that pairs beautifully with onion, feta, confit garlic, and mozzarella, all balanced over our signature slow-cooked tomato sauce.
It’s simple, hearty, and full of character — a pizza worthy of a champion. If Rocky Balboa ever had the chance to try one, we’re sure he’d be yelling “Adriaaaaan!” before the final bite.
