Free-Range Chicken, Cabbage, Filtered Water, Rice Flour, Shiitake Mushroom, Tapioca Flour, Glutinous Rice Flour, Sunflower Oil, Millet Flour, Xanthan Gum, Ginger, Gluten-Free Soy Sauce, Sea Salt, Potato Starch, Chinese Five Spice, Pepper.

Cooking Instructions
From Frozen:

Pan fry: Heat 1–2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add dumplings and fry for 2–3 minutes until golden on the bottom. Add ¼ cup of water, cover, and steam for 5–6 minutes until heated through.

Steam: Place dumplings in a lined bamboo steamer over boiling water and steam for 8–10 minutes.

Boil: Add dumplings to boiling water and cook for 6–8 minutes or until they float to the top.
Pair with soy, chilli, or sesame dipping sauce for a quick, nourishing meal.
Storage Instructions

Store frozen at or below –18°C.

Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

Do not refreeze once thawed.
