Pure Plenty Cold Pressed Walnut Oil is a culinary treat. As a dressing oil, the soft nutty flavours and healthy Omega 3 make any dish a delicacy. Walnut oil is sometimes used for light pan frying but should not be heated over 130 degrees Celsius. Because of this it is best used as a dressing or finishing oil or in salad dressings, where its flavour more easily comes through. Try it in a silky Mayo, or sumptuous Coffee Rubbed Lamb!
