This bag contains 6pc of tender, juicy FREE RANGE chicken thighs with skin on that has been beautifully marinated with fragrant lemongrass & grilled to perfection. Our signature home made Nuoc Mam Cham dipping sauce is also provided to elevate the dish even more.
Note, bag contains chicken & sauce only. Rice, noodles, salads not included.
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Serve on a bed of Jasmine rice, accompanied with fried egg & side salad. Pour sauce onto chicken & rice or use to dip.
Chicken can also be eaten with a bowl of Vermicelli rice noodle salad & drizzle with our dressing sauce provided.
Alternatively you can cut up chicken to add into rice paper rolls or baguette bread to make Banh Mi (Vietnamese bread roll).
