Free-Range Pork (21%), Cabbage, Filtered Water, Rice Flour, Onion, Tapioca Flour, Glutinous Rice Flour, Spring Onion (3%), Millet Flour, Sunflower Oil, Xanthan Gum, Sea Salt, Potato Starch, Gluten-Free Soy Sauce, Pepper.

Cooking Instructions
From Frozen:

Pan fry: Heat 1–2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add dumplings and fry for 2–3 minutes until golden. Add ¼ cup of water, cover, and steam for 5–6 minutes until cooked through.

Steam: Place dumplings in a lined bamboo steamer over boiling water and steam for 8–10 minutes.

Boil: Drop dumplings into boiling water and cook for 6–8 minutes or until they float to the surface.
Serve with soy dipping sauce, chilli oil, or a squeeze of lime for extra flavour.
Storage Instructions

Store frozen at or below –18°C.

Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
