SERVING SUGGESTION:
Eat skewers on their own as appetiser or accompany with salad. You can also serve these on a bed of Jasmine rice & pour peanut sauce all over to eat like a curry bowl. Optional garnishes: coriander, peanuts, chilli, red onion. Alternatively the chicken can be removed & placed inside flat bread to enjoy as a wrap with the sauce & salads of choice.
