For best results, consume 1 serve (30g) per day. To reduce plastic we don’t use a scoop so simply mix 4 heaped tablespoons.

Drink it: Add to your coffee for a creamy protein boost! Here’s how to do it right:
- Let your coffee cool slightly (around 60–65°C) before adding whey. If it’s too hot, the protein can clump or curdle.
- Mix your whey protein with a small amount of room temperature liquid first (e.g. a bit of milk or water) to make a smooth paste, then stir into your coffee.
- Use a Chief frother to give it a delicious creamy foam!
