Made with organic tofu, fresh cabbage, and shiitake mushrooms, these gluten-free gourmet dumplings are filled with real, locally sourced ingredients for natural flavour and a satisfying bite.

Cooking Instructions
From Frozen:

Pan fry: Heat 1–2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add dumplings and fry for 2–3 minutes until golden on the bottom. Add ¼ cup of water, cover, and steam for 5–6 minutes until heated through.

Steam: Place dumplings in a lined bamboo steamer over boiling water and steam for 8–10 minutes.

Boil: Add dumplings to boiling water and cook for 6–8 minutes or until they float to the top.
Serve with your favourite dipping sauce or alongside fresh steamed vegetables.
Storage Instructions

Store frozen at or below –18°C.

Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

Do not refreeze once thawed.
