Ingredients

Organic Chickpeas (80%), Organic Coriander, Organic Spring Onions, Organic Dill, Organic Parsley, Organic Rice Flour, GMO Free Canola Oil, Organic Garlic, Himalayan Salt.

Directions

Cook from frozen. Oven: 180°C for 15–18 minutes. Air fryer: 180°C for 10–12 minutes. Ensure heated through before serving.

Storage

Keep frozen at or below –18°C. Do not refreeze once thawed.
