The Italian Stallion — Byron Bay Pizza Co's tribute to bold Italian flavour. Free-range Italian sausage from pasture-raised pigs at Hayters Hill Farm, paired with onion, feta, confit garlic and mozzarella over our slow-cooked tomato sauce.

Ingredients

• Free-range Italian sausage (Hayters Hill Farm, Byron Bay)
• Onion
• Feta cheese
• Confit garlic
• Mozzarella cheese
• Byron Bay Pizza Co signature tomato sauce
• Hand-stretched pizza base

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Place pizza directly on middle rack from frozen and cook for 10–12 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.

Storage Instructions

• Keep frozen below -18°C.
• Do not refreeze once thawed.
• Consume within 3 days if defrosted and kept refrigerated.
