Byron Bay Margherita pizza 450g

Our Margherita is Byron Bay through and through — Roma tomatoes from Jumping Red Ant in Duranbah NSW, freshly picked oregano leaves from our own garden, creamy mozzarella and slow-cooked confit garlic over our signature tomato sauce. Vegetarian friendly.

Ingredients

• Roma tomato slices (Jumping Red Ant, Duranbah NSW)
• Homegrown oregano leaves
• Confit garlic
• Mozzarella cheese
• Byron Bay Pizza Co signature tomato sauce
• Hand-stretched pizza base

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Place pizza directly on middle rack from frozen and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese melts and crust turns golden.

Storage Instructions

• Keep frozen below -18°C.
• Do not refreeze once thawed.
• Consume within 3 days if defrosted and refrigerated.
