Ingredients: Marshmallow Root, Bio-Fermented L-Glutamine*, Slippery Elm, Organic Inulin (from Jerusalem Artichoke) and Aloe Vera Juice Powder

(*Bio-Fermented L-Glutamine is derived from Rice and is made from Non-Gluten Ingredients).

How to use

Add 1 teaspoon of Pre-biotic Gut Food into a glass, then add water slowly mixing together. Preferably consume on an empty stomach before food.

What are pre-biotics?

Prebiotic fibre is a non-digestible part of foods like Jerusalem artichoke or aloe vera polysaccharides. Prebiotic fiber and goes through the small intestine undigested and along with the polysaccharide sugars are fermented when it reaches the large colon. Think of it like a food source for good bacteria.
