Salt Reduced Tamari 250ml from Spiral Foods is a traditionally brewed Japanese style soy sauce made from whole soybeans, water, sea salt and a small amount of alcohol used as a preservative. With lower sodium than regular tamari, it provides a rich, smooth umami flavour without overwhelming saltiness.

This tamari is ideal for stir fries, soups, noodles, vegetables, tofu, salads, marinades, dipping sauces and rice dishes. Its balanced flavour makes it a versatile pantry staple for both traditional Japanese recipes and everyday home cooking.

Approximate alcohol content is plus or minus 5 percent added as a preservative.
