Like most relish, this one is a little bit sweet with a savoury edge to it, making it ideal to add to your classic burger (veggie or meat). It is also ideal for mixing through salads – especially a fresh and crispy (cole)slaw – to add subtle sweetness and gorgeous colour.

Directions for Use

  • Open jar and serve at room temperature or gently warmed.

  • Mix through fresh slaw or green salads for a burst of sweet-tangy colour.
  • Serve alongside cheeses, charcuterie boards, cold meats or as a condiment for roast or grilled dishes.
