The Happy Pig — Byron Bay Pizza Co's flagship creation, inspired by Spaghetti alla Puttanesca. Smoked bacon from The Clunes Butcher, mushrooms, baby capers, kalamata olives, garlic, chilli and mozzarella over our signature tomato sauce.

Ingredients

• Smoked bacon (from The Clunes Butcher, Byron Hinterland)
• Mushrooms
• Baby capers
• Kalamata olives
• Garlic
• Chilli
• Mozzarella cheese
• Byron Bay Pizza Co signature tomato sauce

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Place pizza directly on middle rack from frozen and cook for 10–12 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.

Storage Instructions

• Keep frozen below -18°C.
• Do not refreeze once thawed.
• Consume within 3 days if defrosted and refrigerated.
