Chantal Organics Epsom Salts are a natural mineral compound of magnesium and sulphate (not actually a salt) that resembles coarse salt crystals. They are a versatile household essential, traditionally used for relaxation, muscle recovery and supporting plant health in the garden.

For Bath and Foot Soaks:
Add 1–2 cups of Epsom salts to warm running bath water or a foot bath. Soak for 20 minutes to help relax muscles, ease tension and support recovery after exercise or a long day.

For Garden Use:
Sprinkle Epsom salts directly onto soil around vegetables, herbs or flowering plants as a gentle supplemental fertiliser. It helps promote green foliage, supports magnesium levels in the soil and may assist as a natural slug deterrent. Ideal for roses, tomatoes, citrus, and leafy greens.
