Byron Bay Pizza Co's Gluten Free Margherita — light, crispy gluten-free base topped with Roma tomatoes from Jumping Red Ant (Duranbah, NSW), homegrown oregano, slow-cooked confit garlic and mozzarella over signature tomato sauce. Gluten-free and vegetarian friendly.

Ingredients

• Gluten-free pizza base (rice flour, tapioca, potato starch blend)
• Roma tomato slices (Jumping Red Ant, Duranbah NSW)
• Homegrown oregano leaves
• Confit garlic
• Mozzarella cheese
• Byron Bay Pizza Co signature tomato sauce

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Place pizza directly on middle rack from frozen and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until crust is crisp and cheese is golden.

Storage Instructions

• Keep frozen below -18°C.
• Do not refreeze once thawed.
• Consume within 3 days if defrosted and refrigerated.
