Ingredients

• Fresh pasta (wheat flour, eggs, olive oil, salt)
• Wild mushrooms (shiitake, porcini, button)
• Ricotta cheese
• Garlic
• Onion
• Fresh parsley and thyme
• Olive oil
• Salt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add ravioli and cook for 4–5 minutes, or until they float to the surface. Drain carefully. Serve with butter and sage sauce or creamy truffle sauce.
