This 2 minute dipping sauce was a quick experiment by Jess, and turned out to be a total winner (we even caught Bel drinking it like a smoothie)!
Ingredients
1/2 can of coconut cream
2 cloves of garlic
1 inch fresh ginger
1 large bunch of coriander (roots and all!)
A big splash of tamari and fish sauce (we used the delicious Coconut Amino Fysh Sauce from @spiralfoods)
1 fresh chilli
Wack it all in a blender, and serve with your favourite summer snacks.
