Ingredients:
6 thick slices of organic juicing carrots
1 tablespoon of ghee
1 tablespoon of honey
Handful of fresh thyme
2-3 onions
1 tablespoon of mustard
Bunch of chard (spinach, silverbeet, or your preferred greens)
Salt to taste
1 sheet of ready-made pastry
Instructions
Rub thick carrot slices with ghee, honey, and thyme, then roast until golden.
In a large pan, fry onions in ghee, add greens and mustard. Layer this mix over the roasted carrots.
Cover the tray with a sheet of pastry. Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then lower to 180 until golden.
