Ingredients:
Cacao powder 120g
Cacao Butter 150g
40-80g maple syrup or honey
2 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
- Prepare the Base: Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Melt the Cacao: Break the cacao butter into pieces and melt in a pot, mix through remaining ingredients (Cacao Powder, Maple Syrup & Vanilla) until mixture is smooth and blended nicely.
- Spread the Chocolate: Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared tray, spreading it evenly to your desired thickness.
- Add Toppings: While the chocolate is still warm, scatter Uwe’s dehydrated Blood Orange pieces, Bee Pollen, shredded coconut, and any additional toppings evenly over the surface.
