Ingredients:

Greek Yoghurt (Sheep’s), 2 Cucumbers, Mint, Dill, Juice 1 Lemon, 2-3 Cloves Garlic, Olive Oil, Dhukkah, Micro Greens

Directions:

Grate Cucumbers and salt to remove liquid (strain)

Chop Mint & Dill

Juice 1 Lemon

Grate 2-3 Garlic Cloves

Add all ingredients to Greek Style Sheeps Yoghurt and mix

Garnish with Olive Oil, Dhukkah, & MicroGreens
