Populate Roast Pumpkin Dip

Following a recent cooking demo at Greensmith Grocers with Gevity RX, we’re excited to share this delicious, creamy Pumpkin Populate Dip! Perfect for charcuterie boards, it’s a savoury addition to any spread, whether you’re hosting or just snacking.

Rich, creamy, and full of nourishing goodness, this Populate Roast Pumpkin Dip is a festive favourite as we edge closer to Christmas. Made with roast pumpkin, a hint of paprika, Gevity’s Populate Bone Broth Body Glue, and your choice of Greek or Coconut Yoghurt, it’s the perfect balance of flavour and health.

Serve it with crisp veggie sticks, rustic crackers, or use it as a luscious base for roasted veggies or a hearty salad. This versatile dip is sure to bring warmth and colour to your holiday table.

Ingredients:

  • 500g Roasted Organic,
  • Pumpkin 1tsp Paprika
  • 2tsp Gevity Populate Bone Broth Body Glue
  • 1 cup with Greek or Coconut Yoghurt
  • Juice 1/2 Lemon
  • Pepper to taste

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender until smooth. Serve with veggie sticks or crackers.. Enjoy!
